Betterworks Recognized for Exceptional Leadership and Innovation in Performance Management

MENLO PARK, CALIF. — December 22, 2023 — Betterworks, the leader in modern intelligent performance management, has received four awards this December from Comparably, Brandon Hall Group, and Business Intelligence Group.

From Comparably, Betterworks received a “Best Places to Work Award” in the Best CEO category, recognizing CEO Doug Dennerline’s outstanding leadership and vision. Winners of the Comparably Best Places to Work Awards are compiled from over 15 million ratings across tens of thousands of companies in the United States, with the final list derived from anonymous employee ratings from the past year. The awards are based on sentiment feedback provided by current employees, in which they’re asked to answer structured questions that span various workplace topics. Each answer is then given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar sizes. The rankings for Best CEO are determined by the approval ratings workers give their chief executives.

Business Intelligence Group also recognized Doug Dennerline with an award for “Executive of the Year,” and named Betterworks Intelligent Performance Management to its “Product of the Year” list. Betterworks Intelligent Performance Management uses goals, conversations, calibration, and more to promote continuous performance enablement that is forward-looking. This fosters greater manager effectiveness, higher employee engagement, and intelligent decision-making for HR leaders and organizations. The BIG Awards for Business are decided by a panel of prominent professionals who judge nominations for positive impact, exceptional growth, and innovation.

Rounding out this month’s distinctions, Betterworks received a Gold award in the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards in the Best Advance in Performance Management Technology category for its Advanced Analytics capability. This award recognizes excellence and strategic advancement of technologies that enable managing the performance of an organization’s workforce that supports improved employee performance and positive organizational outcomes. A panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives evaluated entries according to the products’ breakthrough innovations, unique differentiators, value propositions, and measurable results for customers.
