Betterworks Appoints Ashley Litzenberger as Senior Director, Product Marketing

New hire reflects company growth and plans for HR platform expansion MENLO PARK, Calif. – February 9, 2024 – Betterworks, the leader in modern enterprise performance management solutions, today announced that Ashley Litzenberger has joined the company as Senior Director, Product Marketing. In her new role, Litzenberger will oversee key marketing functions including product messaging, new product launches, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, new product research, and sales enablement. “Ashley’s appointment is a testament to our commitment to deep expertise in HR technology and enhances our understanding of the evolving challenges faced by HR leaders. Her extensive experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, especially within HR tech, uniquely positions her to contribute to Betterworks’ product strategy and how it creates value for our customers,” said John Schneider, CMO at Betterworks. “We’ve made a point of investing in new talent that has deep HR tech experience and understands the challenges our customers face.” Before joining Betterworks, Litzenberger was head of segment marketing at HR solution provider Lattice after being promoted from her position as senior director of product marketing. Before that, she worked at EVERFI, most recently as director of product marketing, corporate compliance, and higher education. Earlier in her career, she worked for consulting and software firm EAB, first as a senior analyst, higher education and later as associate director, product marketing.
