Betterworks, the leader in modern performance management software, was selected out of 70,000 companies across the United States for two Comparably Awards, making the Top 100 list for “Best Leadership Team” and “Best Company for Career Growth.”

“Since I joined the team in 2018, we have committed to building a culture where all employees feel like they belong and are empowered to make a difference,” said Betterworks CEO Doug Dennerline. “This award is a culmination of not just our leadership, but the entire company buying into a vision of a more inspired, motivated, and aligned workforce.”

Winners of Comparably Awards are determined by a series of 50+ structured and comprehensive workplace questions in nearly 20 core culture categories — and are based entirely on employee feedback. Over the last 12 months, Betterworks employees ranked their leadership and how they feel about their professional development opportunities within the company.

“When awards of this stature are employee-driven, it means a little more,” said Andrea Lagan, Chief Operating Officer at Betterworks. “We believe that energized, engaged employees who truly understand their purpose and direction in the company are the heart of business. When they win, we all win.”
