This award recognition capped off a strong year for Betterworks. In addition to winning Gold at the 2019 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards in Technology, Betterworks secured another fundraising round, launched “Team Edition” for small and mid-sized businesses and added several new features to its solution. We also recently released Calibration and Feedback Summary, a new set of products that increase visibility into employee performance and potential while also simplifying the process for preparing for and having calibration discussions.
