Betterworks retrieves the transcript after a Zoom meeting ends and connects it to the corresponding Betterworks 1:1. Betterworks AI then surfaces a meeting recap, action items, discussion topics, and goal-related signals.

Does Betterworks join Zoom meetings?

No. The Phase 1 integration retrieves the transcript from Zoom after the meeting. It does not use a bot to join the meeting.

What does AI Meeting Prep include?

The private brief uses the last four meetings, open action items, and current goals to help each participant prepare for the next 1:1.

Can users review AI-generated actions and recommendations?

Yes. AI-generated action items can be reviewed, edited, confirmed, or discarded, and goal recommendations require explicit user confirmation before a goal is created or updated.

What if my team uses another meeting platform?

Users can also manually upload or paste meeting transcripts, notes, or summaries from other tools into Betterworks for AI processing.
