Betterworks’ Plan for GDPR Compliance

On May 25, 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect in the European Union(EU). GDPR is the most important change in data privacy law and Betterworks is proud to comply on or before the regulatory deadline. The GDPR expands the privacy rights of EU individuals and places new obligations on all organizations that process EU personal data (even if that organization is not in the EU).

Betterworks continues to invest in our security infrastructure, maintaining our EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield certifications, ensuring we have requisite contractual terms in place (both with our Customers and Sub-Processors), and ensuring the Betterworks can support data subject requests related to the increased rights of EU Members.
