Josh’s in-depth perspective into the current and future needs of HR leaders and their organizations around talent and performance management is truly one-of-a-kind. For 10+ years he has been talking about the need for HR to help their businesses shift away from the old paradigm of annual performance reviews and ratings and toward a continuous process of goal setting, feedback, rewards and recognition.
Last year Josh retired from Bersin by Deloitte and had his choice of joining forces with any company in the space. He joined forces with Betterworks because our solution has all the necessary elements companies need to motivate their employees to achieve desired business outcomes and he is passionate about what we do.
