Almost 90% of them agreed that annual reviews don’t deliver the results their businesses need. Compared to annual reviews, respondents that use a Continuous Performance Management process reported significant reductions in:
- Reviews being too subjective – 34%
- Reviews failing to improve performance — 32%
- Managers not providing quality feedback — 39%
- Review process doesn’t help retain top talent — 27%
